Friend, I feel lucky and elated that, we are still together when everyone is busy in their life, I m glad we are still sharing life. The bond grew stronger in the year 1998 when we thought to create a history with the mission of revolutionising the educational industry.
We committed to each other that we will sail together to accomplish our vision by overcoming all the hurdles. The initial days were filled with strife and struggle. Despite this, we never stopped or even thought
to take a pause. We kept moving with the same zeal to conquer the world.

I have known Srinibas(Bully) since my college days. The adventures and the experiences that I have shared with him have become memories for a lifetime. His determination to get things done and the zeal to never give up have always been a constant source of motivation for everyone around him. He had a very humble beginning. He was born in a remote village of Andra Pradesh, Sallur, and was schooled in Government High School, Jeypore, Koraput. Since then he has come a long way through his sheer dedication to creating something unique. From starting as, a Geography Teacher to being the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of St. Xavier's Group, speaks volumes about his thirst to achieve newer heights. He believes in being a life-long learner. During the Covid Pandemic not only did he decide to learn music himself but motivated many of us to do the same. His recent hits have been quite popular and I hope it motivates everyone. He doesn't shy away from doing something new. His passion for being the best dressed at any event and his love for fitness is known to all.

I remember the day when late Rambabu Sonthalia introduced me to Patnaik ji and Mr G S Panda in the year 1998 when St Xavier's High School was opened in Bilaspur. It was a very struggling time for them when they faced a lot of resistance in running the school but finally, it went off smoothly. Thereafter a new school was opened at Akaltara in Chattisgarh.
In the year 1999, it was planned to open a school in Odisha. Mr Patnaik has been dreaming to enter Odisha in a big way and his first success was in Cuttack at Barabati stadium Gallery when Rambabuji, myself, Mr Panda and Mr Patnaik met with Ashirwad Behera sir.
Finally, we had a contract with the Olympic association to open a school at Barabati stadium gallery. The initial days before and after the opening of Barabati school were very hectic and interesting. The list is endless...journey started and continues.
Dr Patnaik is a person with immense qualities and vision. He has been a dreamer and visionary from the very beginning. of his journey as an educationist. The challenges and hardships faced made him more focused. From visualization to realization and finally, actualization has been a very bumpy voyage that resulted in now 63 schools and
continuing for more to come. Now a fitness enthusiast to an upcoming singer and working 24x7 to keep himself fit & service to society.

Dr. G.S Patnaik is an iconic figure in the field of education. His tall personality can be adjudged from his relentless efforts and immense organising ability which bore fruits in the form of educational institutions spreading across the length and breadth, of this country. These institutions not only provide quality education but also inculcate in the
young minds an attitude for creativity and entrepreneurship. The burning desire coupled with. Firm determination and perseverance to bring about reformation and renovation in the field of education and to sow the seeds of creativity in the fertile minds of the youngsters led him to what he is today. No doubt, he has carved a niche for himself which is unparalleled among his peers. Apart from being a successful educationist, he displayed his dexterity in the field of art and music which is evident from the numerous scintillating albums found on his YouTube channel. He also shows a keen interest in sport and athletics and constantly inspires the children to be actively involved in it because he strongly believes that physical fitness is indispensable for the overall mental health of an individual. There cannot be a strong mind in a weak body. He has of late been elected the President of the Odisha Athletic Association. His
multifaceted talent and his tenacity of purpose to translate his ideas into actions are by all means laudable, to say the least. He believes in hard work as there is no shortcut route to success. He has all the prerequisite mettle to convert every stumbling block that comes his way into a stepping stone. He converts every problem into an opportunity. There cannot be a better example than how he utilised his time during the corona pandemic. Most of the albums then we find on YouTube channels were created during the corona pandemic lockdown period. He says that one must pour his heart and soul into whatever venture he undertakes so that the outcome is ought to be positive. At the same time, one enjoys the work without feeling monotonous about it. He urges students not to take up any work reluctantly or under pressure
because it would be a sheer waste of time and energy, In a nutshell, he is an inspiration to the young budding children who are the future of our nation. May the Almighty God bless him in his pathfinding efforts to bring about constructive changes and do away with the anomalies in the existing system of education which would contribute significantly to nation-building. First as an Uncle and then as a Boss, you have always been an inspiration to me. No matter what challenges come your way, you remain focused and give more than 100% to overcome them. Your hard work, commitment, and passion for work encourage many to set higher standards in life. I still remember the day when you called me and asked Why to work for someone else? Why not in our organisation? You will learn a great deal about managing business and more importantly, about managing people". Those words have encouraged me and motivated me to join St. Xavier's and start something of my own. I have learnt a lot from you and still have a lot to learn in the days to come. We are extremely glad to celebrate the 8th of May as Chairman's Day in our group schools!

Iron Man Really! If you know G.S Patnaik personally, you will say he is so similar to Tony Stark, Genius, Hardworking, Dedicated and has a good sense of humour. Every child tries to find a superhero in his/ her father. I do relate him to Iron man. No denying the fact that is a hard worker who knows how to get work done by his team and is a great visionary and self-made man. Is very courageous and very aware of his surroundings, However, not everyone knows that there is a child within him, who seeks love attention and pampering. Like a turtle, he has a very hard shell that he has created no protect himself. Among the Gazillion of memories, I have a vivid memory from my childhood that I would to share. When I was a kid, My father used to test his shaving skills on my cheeks. If I would cry, it would mean he has to shave again. On the other hand, if I do not react, he had shaved perfectly. When he would finish his shaving; I would run and hide to avoid his experiments, Period. My father and I have a relationship between an electron and a proton. Chemical reaction, haha! Just kidding. But honestly, it's fun. On the other hand, He guides me. He talks about focus, burning desire, dhansanchay, jaansanchay, hard work, courage and leadership. In the coming days, I hope for my father to grow more amazing and find more balance. I hope and pray that he creates more success stories and remains happy.
